4 Days from Ouarzazate to Desert

Our 4 Days from Ouarzazate to Desert journey blends kasbahs, palm oases, and red canyons with the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi (Merzouga). Enjoy relaxed pacing, great photo stops, and authentic Berber hospitality.

Day 1: Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Zagora

We Organize 4 days from ouarzazte to Erg Chegaga desert. pick up you at your accommodation at 8:30 am to travel south across the Anti Atlas Mountains to Agdez and Tamnougalt to visit the old Ksars and Kasbahs.You will continue along the Draa river and Berber villages till Zagora. Lunch break and check into your hotel to relax. Late afternoon, you will head to Tamgroute and the village of pottery for sightseeing.

Day 2: Zagora – Mhamid – Erg Chegaga desert

Day 3: Full day Camel trekking experience

Erg Chegaga (or Chigaga) is one of two major dunes of the Sahara in Morocco, the other being the Erg Chebbi of Merzouga.
This dune is located in the Draa- Tafilalt area and is located about 50 km west of the rural town of M’Hamid El Ghizlane, itself located about 98 km south of the town of Zagora. With a length of approximately 40 km to 15 km wide, some dunes around a height of 60 m, it is the largest and wildest of Morocco.
Because it is relatively difficult to access – it is only accessible by 4×4, camel or on foot – Erg Chigaga remains as untouched as Erg Chebbi, which can make for a memorable desert experience.

Day 4: Erg Chegaga desert – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Wander in the dunes, assist to sunrise and take pictures, enjoy the silence before you sit for breakfast in the camp. Pack and travel back to Ouarzazate via the main lake of Iriki, Foumzguid and Tazenakht. back to Ouarzazte or marrakech optional with extra.
