By accessing this website and booking our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

"Company", "We", "Our", "Us" refers to Morocco Stars Travel.

"Client", "You", "Your" refers to the person using our website or booking our services.

"Service" refers to the tours, excursions, and travel packages provided by Morocco Stars Travel.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment and send you a written confirmation via email.

2.2 It is your responsibility to review all booking details carefully and inform us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.

2.3 Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change unless you modify the booking.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you based on the specific tour or package.

3.2 The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your booking confirmation, or in cash on arrival as agreed.

3.3 We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash. Any payment processing fees are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

By the Client:

4.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@moroccostarstravel.com.

4.2 Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-recoverable expenses.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost.
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund of total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

4.3 No refund will be given for no-shows, unused services, or if you leave a tour early for any reason.

By the Company:

4.4 We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date of equal value.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen events.

5.2 Morocco Stars Travel is not responsible for any costs arising from such events.

6. Changes to Itineraries

6.1 We make every effort to operate tours as described. However, itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, local events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 We reserve the right to modify or adjust the itinerary or substitute accommodations of a similar standard when necessary.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents before departure.

7.2 You agree to follow the instructions of our guides and drivers for your safety and the smooth operation of the tour.

7.3 Any damage caused to vehicles, accommodations, or property by the client will be the client's full responsibility, and costs must be paid immediately.

8. Health and Fitness

8.1 Some of our tours involve physical activities such as walking on uneven terrain, camel riding, or long drives. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit to participate.

8.2 Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Morocco Stars Travel acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity arising from the actions of these third parties.

9.2 We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

9.3 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the tour.

10. Complaints

10.1 If you have any complaint during your tour, please inform your guide or driver immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

10.2 If the complaint cannot be resolved during the tour, you must send a written complaint to info@moroccostarstravel.com within 14 days of the tour's end date.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Morocco Stars Travel and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

13.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

13.2 Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
